NFU Mutual Lends a Hand

Kate Prewett and Vicky Keeper from NFU Mutual Winchester, Alton and Wickham spent the morning at Boaz, combining volunteering with a generous donation.

Through the NFU Mutual Agency Giving Fund, the agency has contributed £7,899 to support the installation of our new kitchen — a key addition that will enhance the services and opportunities we are able to offer at Boaz.

During their visit, Kate and Vicky joined in with a variety of activities around the site, from gardening and caring for the animals to spending time with the adults who attend the project. Their hands-on involvement gave them a real insight into the daily life of Boaz and the impact it has on the local community.

It was a busy and rewarding morning, and a reminder of the many ways local businesses and volunteers can make a tangible difference. A very big thank you to the team from NFU Mutual!!
