There will be tractor rides, games, stalls, live music, strawberry cream teas, plants stall and much more.

The fete is an opportunity to learn about the inclusive farm-based project for adults for learning disabilities while enjoying time outside in the beautiful countryside.

Hitting all the right notes will be Riverside Concert Band which performs everything from popular show tunes and pop medleys to traditional band marches.

Stalls will be selling plants, books, craft items, chutneys and jams while refreshments include homemade cakes and freshly baked pizzas. And there will be a chance to see several cute new-born lambs and resident donkeys.

Manager Stuart Palmer said: “There will be plenty of opportunity for both adults and children to have fun, learn more about who we are and what we do and come away with some useful plants for the garden, preserves and craft items which make wonderful gifts.”

The Boaz Project, a charity, enables and encourages adults with learning disabilities to participate in farm-based activities including growing high-quality fruit and vegetables and looking after 120 free range, egg laying hens. Other activities include cooking, arts and crafts and woodwork. Members and volunteers come from Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and the surrounding villages.

Boaz can be found along the A272 in Sutton Scotney three miles north of Three Maids Hill roundabout in Winchester and just eight miles south of Andover.
