Our summer open day promises fun for all the family, including live music, children’s games, plant sale, craft stalls, vintage vehicles, tractor rides, a petting zoo and more. Hot food and refreshments will also be on sale.

The fete is also a chance to look around our farm-based project and find out more about how we support adults with learning disabilities and autism to have a brighter future.  Daily activities include horticulture, tending a flock of 120 egg-laying chickens, woodwork, craft, cookery classes and walks with Boaz’s resident donkeys. Some members attend for half a day while others come several days a week.

The emphasis is on creating a fun, friendly and safe place where people with and without disabilities learn and work together. We are always on the lookout for new volunteers.
